She is an evidence lead in education for the Research Schools Network and a member of the EEF ' Expert Voices Group' . She is also a member of the ' Raising the Attainment of Disadvantaged Youngsters' (RADY) group. Jade participates in conferences and discussions on podcasts and has featured in case studies in numerous publications, including Michael Chiles' s book The Feedback Pendulum. As an Evidence Lead in Education (ELE) for Staffordshire Research School. She regularly writes articles for the journal of the Economics, Business and Enterprise Association.
