"Created by long-time fan, Jeanette Hurt, this new cookbook shines bright on all things ALDI. Using go-to ingredients and special finds from the cult fave grocer, this recipe book makes meal planning and cooking fun and easy. " --Karly Wood "Red Tricycle" Beyond the familiar, Hurt developed recipes and entries that go beyond expected. There' s a recipe for brownies baked inside hollowed out orange peels. (Spoiler, that one requires more than 10 minutes of prep work. ) Four pages are dedicated to building cheese and charcuterie plates exclusively with ALDI cheeses, meats and accompaniments. . . "Everything in the book is approachable," Hurt said. "If you' re looking for some inspiration there are also showstoppers. " --Daniel Higgins "Green Bay Press Gazette"
