Quek is a tenured Professor with the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and co-editor of Cloud Radio Access Networks (Cambridge, 2017). Chih-Lin I is Chief Scientist for Wireless at China Mobile and co-author of Green and Software-defined Wireless Networks (Cambridge, 2019).
