In 2017, newly engaged to be married and working as a portrait photographer, Elyn found a large, unraptured brain aneurysm and had to face major surgery to remove it and it' s threat to her life. Already appreciative of life and it' s beauty, the experience only made Elyn more grateful for each day and the loveliness within it as she faced the terrifying risks of brain surgery and the months-long recovery after.
