Comics legend Rob Liefeld began his career just out of high school, working for Marvel and DC. The first issue of X-Force sold an unprecedented 5 million copies in the US, making it the second bestselling comic book of all time. Following his stratospheric success at Marvel, Liefeld teamed with his peers Todd McFarlane, Jim Lee, Marc Silvestri, Erik Larsen, Jim Valentino, and Whilce Portacio to launch Image Comics, the most successful independent label in comic book history. Rob' s original Image creation Youngblood would become a massive success.
