She has presented at dozens of national and international conferences and has been featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Management Update, Investor' s Business Daily, and Fortune. Biech has won numerous awards for her many contributions to the training profession and is the author or editor of more than seventy-five books, including The Art and Science of Training and Training For Dummies.
