Author Tina Chantrey teaches everything you need to know about reflexology to get your life in balance and alleviate common health problems. Beautiful illustrations and a framable poster of key information combined with easy-to-follow instruction make this the perfect go-to reference. Combining multiple areas of bodywork, reflexology involves applying pressure to the hands and feet to produce beneficial changes in the body. The underlying principle behind reflexology is that there are "reflex points" on the feet and hands that are connected to organs and body parts by energy. When pressure is applied to these areas, energy blockages are removed and better health results.
