Raymond Pettibon's work moves fluidly between the personal, poetic, and political. In Raymond Pettibon, he brings together a body of newly created works on paper. Images of Happy Valley, one of the most famous racecourses in the world, located in Hong Kong, are paired with large, dripping cathedrals and sprawling waves. His images are accompanied on page by his scrawled words, artistic commentary ranging from punchy and political to high literary and extremely poetic.
