She lives in the woods just south of Boston where she and her husband spend a good portion of time chasing around a sweet, little toddler (who is most likely chasing the cat). She can otherwise be found with her nose in a book, drawing, or attempting an ill-fated headstand. One Springy, Singy Day is the first book Kurilla has both written and illustrated.
