Teufel is a communication designer and teaches as a professor in the fields of Exhibition Design, Retail Design and 3D Communication. 2012-2016 he was the artistic consultant for the exhibition design of the Humboldt Forum at Berliner Schloss, together with Ralph Appelbaum Associates.
