She is the Executive Director at Centre for Mindfulness and the Managing Director at Holistic Psychotherapy Centre. She holds a doctorate in psychology and researches on the impact of mindfulness on children and adults. With a Foreword by Dr Christopher WillardChristopher Willard (PsyD) is a psychologist and educational consultant based in Boston, USA, specialising in mindfulness. He has been practicing meditation for 20 years, and has led hundreds of workshops around the world, in more than 20 countries.
