McKenna School of Business, Economics, and Government at Saint Vincent College (Latrobe, PA USA). Urick has authored or co-authored over fifty publications, many of which are related to linking pop culture to theories, leadership, and generational issues at work. He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Leadership and Management and Series Editor for Exploring Effective Leadership Practices through Popular Culture.
