It is a narrative that builds a vivid, multi-layered picture of London' s inhabitants who lived in one of the most turbulent and exciting periods in European history. AUTHOR: Kathryn Warner holds a BA and an MA with Distinction in medieval history and literature from the University of Manchester, and is the author of biographies about Edward II and his queen Isabella.
