Carolyn Goodwin is a Melbourne-based children' s author of picture books, novels, poetry and junior fiction. She is also the Assistant Regional Adviser for the Society of Children' s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). Ashley King graduated from Coventry University with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Illustration and Animation. Ashley has illustrated three middle-grade fiction titles in the UK - Erica' s Elephant, The Bookshop Girl and Kaye Umansky' s Witch for a Week. Lazy Daisy is his first picture book. Ashley lives in Warwickshire, UK and also works as a children' s bookseller at Waterstones.
