As storms batter the realm the Queen must find a hero to save the Golden Queendom from destruction and slavery. The Golden Queen is given a stone that it not what it seems. Soon after storms and trouble begin to batter the queendom. The Queen is advised to find a champion to remove the magic stone from the queendom. Many champions try, but they fail. Lucinda, the Queen's handmaiden, manages to remove the stone for short time and brings relief but soon a greater menace is coming to the Queendom to remove the stone and take the queendom for themselves. As the Golden Realm and our world collide a hero emerges ...In the Realm of the Golden Queen is an allegorical tale about dealing with problems. As we are queens of own lives, the Golden Queen can help us find peace and harmony in our queendom. 'In the Realm of the Golden Queen' is a picture book for adults, especially women. It is also suitable for children from 14 up, or a 'read to' book below that age. The story was written as an aid to counsellors to help victims of abuse and problems to see their trauma as separate from their own identity, opening the possibility for their healing and recovery.
