Dr. Heather Moday is an allergist and immunologist, as well as an integrative and functional medicine Physician, and the owner and medical director of the Moday Center for Functional Medicine in Philadelphia. After years of working as an allergist and immunologist in private practice, she completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Arizona Center of Integrative Medicine. She is part of the Mindbodygreen "Collective" - the wellness website' s curated group of top 50 experts in the wellness space. Her focus is on empowering people to reclaim their health through education, and public speaking. To that end, her centre offers comprehensive lifestyle programs, which focus on reversing chronic disease, as well as creating optimum wellness. She lives in Philadelphia with her partner Erica and their brood of rescue cats and dogs, and when not working, she is doing yoga, trail running, and cooking up delicious plant-based foods.

Delivery Packaging - we ship all items in cardboard sleeves or by box with either packing paper or corn starch chips. (We avoid using plastics bubble bags)
