This worldwide best-seller has established itself as the refreshing alternative to conventional, model-driven, 'one size fits all' approaches to leadership. Owen expertly integrates authoritative insights and entertaining advice designed to help you become the best leader you can be: comfortable in your skin, building on your strengths. Along the way, he shares all the knowledge you'll need: from foundational skills that help you start climbing the ladder, to master-level skills for 'leading from the top.' Highlights include: brand-new sections on how leadership varies in different business sectors, as well as top tips on the twelve skills all leaders must master, no matter where they are.
