"How to Write Effective Business English" gives guidance to both native and non-native English writers on how to create clear messages and understand how English is used internationally in business today. It may mean un-learning things you were taught at school. The book is aimed at those beginning to use English at work and assumes you know it to intermediate level. It uses real life business scenarios to develop your skills and give answers even your boss may not know. You will learn a system to help you quickly and easily write emails, letters, CVs and more - and benefit from checklists for action to take you to the next level in the cycle of success.
"When it comes to plain English in the business world, Fiona Talbot leaves nothing to speculation." Press Association Sept 2009
