Laura was also longlisted for the Booktrust Big Picture Best New Illustrator award 2008. Laura has continuously worked for a variety of children' s publishers in London as Designer and Art Director whilst also writing and illustrating over 20 published works. Laura is head over heels in love with children' s books and shares her enthusiasm with her son, and with lots of other children by running workshops in schools and activity centres such as The Roald Dahl Centre.
