Theo A. Michaels was born in London to a large Greek Cypriot family. Making the 2014 semi-finals of BBC TV' s MasterChef spurred him into giving up corporate life to become a chef. He gained an appreciative 22K+ Instagram following when he and his three children took to YouTube with live cookery demos during lockdown and became a news story in the national press. This is Theo' s fifth book for RPS. He lives in Hertfordshire, UK.
