Becky Cole a is forager, home herbalist and gardener living on an ethical, award-winning farm in Northern Ireland. Since moving to the country, she has become an avid gardener who grows vegetables, herbs and edible flowers and runs popular foraging walks, home apothecary workshops and natural skincare classes.
