Energy, weight-loss, happiness and a focused mind are four things that can be hampered by a ' toxic' system. In this volume, we take readers through the basics of detoxing and cleansing, beginning with a self-diagnosis: How toxic are the foods you eat and elements in your life, and what steps can you take to clean your inner body? What follows is everything you need to know about cleansing, including detoxifying foods and herbs; supplements; detoxing your home; the role of sugar, water, and sleep; surprising cleansing behaviours like yoga and meditation; and the detoxifying power of intermittent fasting.
