Gaiti is passionate about cultivating self-awareness to enable individuals and organisations to harness cultural and cognitive diversity. She is a Certified Cultural Intelligence Advanced Professional with the CQ Centre and a Certified Results Based Coach. She is also the founder and managing director of Rabbani Collective, a business that custom designs training programs to address organisational pain points. When she' s not immersed with her clients, Gaiti can be found in close embrace with new and exciting cultures across the globe, expressing her passion for Argentine tango.
