She began this journey at MAHA ROSE wellness centre in New York City, receiving her Reiki 1 + 2 attunements with Erika Spring, followed by Akashic Records with Christina Cross. Embarking on a healer mentorship with Padma Gonzalez deepened her spirituality and introduced her to the Indian spiritual leader Amma. She returned full circle to reiki and breathwork, the practices that cleared the way for healing to begin, receiving training from Erin Telford and David Elliott and Reiki Masters from Lisa Levine.
