Smyth is the Chef Patron of Core by Clare Smyth which opened in 2017. In 2018 she was named the World' s Best Female Chef by the World' s 50 Best Restaurants. Kieran Morris is a highly regarded feature writer who specialises in long-form features, profiles, interviews, and essays.
