Dawn tells stories of some of her VAT visits to various traders including a plumber, newsagent, second hand shop, glazier, milkman, butcher, farmer, pyramid seller, Irish pub, removal firm, and a large German retailer, detailing the interesting characters she met and the unforgettable impact they had on her. AUTHOR: Dawn Fallon was born and brought up in Birmingham. In 1980 she obtained a Music Degree and B. Ed. aspiring to be a professional musician and music teacher. In January 1981 she shelved her musical ambitions and joined the Civil Service as a Clerical Officer instead, and spent nearly 14 years working as a civil servant.
