Where once you felt relaxed, clear, and like yourself, suddenly you are stumbling, stiff and searching for the right words. Times have changed. Your team wants more from you than ever before. Great communication skills are a must-have skill for all managers and leaders. In Chats that Click, workplace communications expert, Amanda Oldridge, takes the complexity out of leadership communication, allowing you to flow effortlessly from coffee catch up to exit interview with the same click of connection. Even difficult conversations become easier when both people click and feel respected. It' s simple. But change isn' t easy. That why Amanda Oldridge created an easy seven step process to build your skills and make your conversations fluid and effortless. From water cooler chats to formal performance reviews, you can learn to make every chat click.
