A former pilot in the French Navy, Frederic Zumbiehl has since turned to writing. He wrote the scripts of several military adventure series, always insisting on hyper-realism, such as Team Rafale or Unite Felin. He was picked to replace Francis Bergese at the helm of Buck Danny. Gil Formosa began working in comics at 18, as Morris' s assistant on the Lucky Luke cartoons, before making a name for himself as an illustrator of posters and covers, interspersed with several comic series.
