He is the entrepreneur in residence at Thompson Rivers University and sits on the board of several companies, from start-ups to multi-million-dollar corporations. Adam is executive chairman and co-founder of the Ottawa-based cryptocurrency company Brane Capital. Sebastien St-Louis (Ottawa, ON) Sebastien is one of the longest-serving and most dynamic CEOs in Canada' s expanding cannabis industry. As CEO of HEXO, he has taken the company from a basement office to corporate operations including laboratories, logistics centers, and production and manufacturing facilities. Prior to HEXO, he has advised Canadian business owners and CEOs across multiple industry sectors while structuring and closing over $200 million in financing to support their export and growth initiatives. Julie Beun (Ottawa, ON) From 2014 to 2019, Julie had a privileged front-row seat to HEXO' s remarkable evolution as its publicist, content strategist, and senior writer. As a journalist, news editor, and foreign correspondent, Julie has written articles on a national and international scope that have been circulated to 600 mainstream newspapers and publications in 60 countries.
