Wayne Linton is a trained psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience. He is the Founder and Master Practitioner of the Awareness Code Global Training Centre. He facilitates deep transformational sessions for individuals as well as in-person and online workshops for teams and groups to become flowing, inspiring and incredible. He is also the Master Practitioner of the global Beyond Incredible Group of extraordinary leaders. He is based in Victoria, Australia. Steve Tappin is the CEO of Xinfu, a multi award-winning global CEO coaching and consultant firm. Throughout his career, he has consulted, coached and interviewed over 500 global CEOs. He was also the host of the ' CEO Guru' series on BBC World and is the co-author of The Secrets of CEOs, which featured a foreword by Richard Branson. He also co-authored ' Dream to Last' in mandarin in partnership with the China Entrepreneur Club. Originally based in London, Steve is now based in Victoria and plans to split his time between the UK, Australia, US and China. Together, Wayne and Steve have conducted thousands of private client sessions and group workshops, which became the genesis of this book.
