MICHAEL G. WRIGHT is a native of Illinois. He has had a long and successful career as a real estate appraiser, investor, and banker. During those years, his interest developed into photography. He is an award-winning photographer and his work has been published. He spends hours researching areas to photograph and drives hundreds of miles looking for old abandoned structures and unusual things. His recent investment in a drone has enabled many photographs that were once impossible. His work has been described as "stunning" and "fascinating," with an eye for the beauty of decay.
