Over the course of his career, he has advised on some of the most complex and large-scale Agile transformations in the world, including one of the biggest agile transformations to-date, Barclays. He is one of 32 Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) educators, and 15 Large-Scale Scrum trainer globally.
