Richard Black is the founder of Mind Health, a personal and professional training organisation which helps people to thrive. Mind Health provides workshops, coaching and counselling that enable people and organisations to grow their welling, resilience and emotional intelligence. Richard and Jennifer are the parents of three children who have helped Richard to see the world afresh, and revealed areas where he still needs to grow. He lives in Christchurch and holds a BA from Canterbury University, a BD form Laidlaw College, and a Master of Counselling (Distinction) from Massey University. For over twenty-five years he has worked with people to help them improve their lives.
