Leandro Carreira cut his teeth at Andoni Luis Aduriz' s Mugaritz in Spain before coming to London and working at Nuno Mendes' Viajante as Head Chef, then later at Lyle' s and Koya. His residency at Climpson' s Arch in East London received five-star reviews. Londrino, his first restaurant, opened in Bermondsey in 2017 and his next restaurant, Claro, is opened in summer 2021.
