Michelle Figueroa has 15+ years of experience as a bilingual journalist, producer and filmmaker, mostly for CNN en Espanol. She' s also contributed to CNN. com, PBS/World Channel, WGBH, NPR/WBUR, Al Jazeera (AJ+), NY Post, Fusion, Discovery, Univision, and Hearst. While working as a journalist for national networks, she worked as a salesperson for the local Univision station. Prior to that, she worked as the Marketing Director of Telemundo Boston in her early 20s and before that, in Houghton Mifflin' s College Division. Now Michelle runs The Good News Movement social media platform where she curates GOOD NEWS ONLY because "you are the good news. " Ramona Kaulitzki is the illustrator of the #1 New York Times bestseller Sisters First, as well as Wonderful You, Badger' s Perfect Garden, The Christmas Owl: Based on the True Story of a Little Owl Named Rockefeller, and several others.
