Brad is a software engineer, network systems/security consultant, instructor, and author with over 30 years of experience in software development and systems engineering. He is expert with embedded systems development and systems integration. He is a best-selling author whose software, books, and course materials have been used worldwide. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science, completed half of a Masters in telecommunications, and holds a Doctorate in metaphysics as well as other certifications. Mark Wilkins has more than 20 yearsa experience designing, deploying, and supporting software and hardware technology in the corporate and small business world. Currently, Mark provides training and consulting services to corporate customers throughout North America. Previously, as course director for Global Knowledge, Mark developed and taught technical seminars and developed courseware for the 2008 Microsoft official curriculum stream. Since 2010, Mark has focused on cloud services, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and IBM SoftLayer. Mark holds Amazon Web Services Architect - Associate and AWS Sys-Ops - Associate as well as certifications in MCSA (2012) He is the author of Learning AWS which has been published in 2019 by Pearson Education.

Locally sourced in NZ - stock comes from a NZ supplier with an approximate delivery of 7-15 business days.

International Imports - stock is imported into NZ, depending on air or sea shipping option from the international supplier stock can take 10-30 working days to arrive into NZ. 

Pre-order Titles - delivery will vary depending on where the title is published, if local stock is available in NZ then 5-7 business days, for international imports it can be 10-30 business days. In all cases we will access the quickest supply option.

Delivery Packaging - we ship all items in cardboard sleeves or by box with either packing paper or corn starch chips. (We avoid using plastics bubble bags)

Tracking - Orders are delivered by track and trace courier and are fully insured, tracking information will be sent by email once dispatched.
