Lawrence Ellsworth is the pen name of Lawrence Schick. An authority on historical adventure fiction, Ellsworth is the translator of Alexandre Dumas' s The Three Musketeers, Twenty Years After, and The Red Sphinx. He lives in northern Maryland.
