As well as having his own novel and short stories published, he' s been on the judging panels of numerous literary awards including The British Book Awards (2017) and The Costa Book Awards (2020). RuPaul praised his blog on his podcast ' What' s the Tee? ' after Eric recommended he read Damon Galgut' s novel Arctic Summer.
